John Fazio- President & CEO
John Fazio is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of technology leadership experience and has established a strong track record of developing and leading companies in various phases of the business lifecycle.
As the President and CEO of innoPath Software, John is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the company.
Before joining innoPath John was the President and CEO of Shoreline Communications (Nasdaq SHOR), a leading provider of voice over IP solutions. Previous to Shoreline John was President and GM of Octel Communications Open Platforms division, the industry leader in voice messaging solutions, and also held key management positions at Digital Equipment and AT&T Information Systems.
John holds a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University.
Adrian Chan- Vice President, Engineering
Adrian brings over 20 years of experience in driving strategy and development of innovative products in wireless, mobile social messaging service and SaaS-based solutions for near real-time applications. At innoPath, Adrian is responsible for the company's engineering and technology development for the entire suite of mobile applications and SaaS solutions to bring better usage experience for mobile device users.
Prior to joining innoPath, Adrian was Vice President of Engineering at Bubble Motion, a pioneer in providing social messaging service for mobile phones where people share updates with each other and followers. Previously, he was Vice President of Engineering at Instant802 Networks, a leading 802.11 system software provider for wireless capable devices. Prior to that, Adrian was Head of Engineering of the New Technologies Division at BEA and led engineering development of the WebLogic family of products from early staged startup to enterprise-ready releases. Adrian also held various technical management positions at Netscape, HaL Computer, Andersen Consulting and AT&T.
Adrian holds a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Dave McCroskey- Vice President, Global Operations
Dave joined innoPath with more than two decades of experience in emerging technology environments, running and implementing global service operations and worldwide service and operational infrastructures. He is responsible for all aspects of post sales Customer Support, SaaS Technical operations, Client operations and Corporate IT, Contracts and Facilities.
Before innoPath, Dave was Vice President of Global Customer Solutions & Services at Pillar Data Systems where he was responsible for worldwide customer service and support, including Global Technical assistance, Professional and Field services, Partner and Channel support programs, and Technical service operations. Before joining Pillar, Dave held numerous executive management and field management roles with Network Appliance, Silicon Graphics and MIPS computer systems.
Dave holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from San Jose State University.
Mark Fazio- Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Mark is responsible for driving the sales force and building relations with mobile operators and service providers. He joined innoPath at a critical juncture as the company switched to a software as a service (SaaS) model for their solutions set.
With over 20 years in the enterprise software space, Mark has a proven track record in building world class sales teams and deep customer relationships through strong pre- and post-sales support. Most recently Mark was the Area Vice President at Oracle, responsible for technology sales in the Western United States and Canada. Prior to Oracle Mark was at Microsoft.
He holds a BA in Business Administration from Washington State University.
Amritesh Chaudhuri- Vice President, Marketing
Amritesh joined innoPath as VP, Marketing and Products in September 2012. Amritesh brings more than a decade of leadership experience for both enterprise software and SaaS/Cloud solutions and has played lead roles in Product Management, Pre-Sales and Services. This not only gives him the experience required to build Products/Solutions/Services from scratch but also gives him the ability to talk to customers and make sense of how these solutions would address their pain points.
Previously, Amritesh led Product Management for CA Technologies SaaS & Cloud business which was started in 2008 and is now a +$100M business. Amritesh was responsible for executing the company’s innovative SaaS strategy and go-to-market plans globally which was one of the fastest growing areas at +100% YoY.
Amritesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University in UK.
Chantal Rankowicz- Vice President, Finance
Chantal brings over 25 years of experience in various finance roles at well-known Silicon Valley companies and has vast experience in getting companies ready for the next stage of their growth. Recently, she worked with early-stage companies securing financing as well as putting efficient structure in place. Prior to that, Chantal held various senior management positions at numerous public and private companies including YesVideo, MontaVista Software, ADAC Laboratories, Honeywell-Measurex and Grant Thornton.
Chantal received her Canadian Chartered Accountant certification and obtained a BA in Accounting from the University of Quebec at Montreal.
